Get out your cameras and head into New York City on May 29th and 30th for an awesome yearly phenomenon known as Manhattanhenge!!!  Each summer in May and July the sunset aligns perfectly with the Cities gridded streets...creating the opportunity for some iconic photos.........




President Trump will be coming into NYC today May 4th to meet with Prime Minister of Australia at the USS Intrepid.

There will be a NYC TFR (temporary flight restriction) in affect from 215pm - 10pm.  This means that the Downtown Manhattan heliport will close at 2pm and no flights will be permitted.

Helicopter sightseeing services will resume tomorrow Friday May 5th at 9am..............

Due to fog and other weather related issues there has been heavy delays at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport.  Liberty Reservation Staff has been diligently calling and emailing all guests to inform of these delays and reschedule if necessary.

5/1/17- 5/5/17

President Trump to visit NYC and Secret Service activity.  Please expect delays at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport due to VIP movement.  It is recommended that all tours take place between the hours of 9am-1pm weather permitting on Monday May 1st.   Liberty Reservation Staff will notify via phone and email of any future delays and rescheduling

Due to the limited amount of helicopter tours permitted at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport and the over whelming demand.... There are no more available helicopter tour time slots for the month of April.  We are now taking reservation requests for May 1st 2107 and beyond.

Harpers Bazaar magazine is celebrating its 150 years in business and in honor of this will be projecting its most iconic images on the side of the Empire State Buildng tonight.  So instead of The Empire State Building changing its will be displaying actual photos of some of the most iconic shoots that the Bazaar has taken through the years.
